Grace MacNair


For over a decade, Grace has helped families achieve their infant feeding goals and transition as joyfully and gently as possible into parenthood. As a Certified Lactation Counselor, she offers families evidence-base care and support for common to complex infant feeding challenges. 

Her holistic, goals-based approach to lactation support is informed by her background in midwifery and birth/postpartum doula work in NYC, NC, India, and Malawi Africa, and her work as a Women's Health Educational Consultant at Duke and the UNC School of Medicine. She has extensive training and experience with Tethered Oral Tissues (tongue tie) and works closely with pediatricians, midwives, and other holistic providers to help families achieve optimal feeding. 

Grace offers home visits, and can see you in her home office for a reduced rate. She is in-network with some insurance companies and can lead you through your rights as mandated by the Affordable Care Act re: reimbursement for out-of-network visits. For those with financial need, Grace offers the option of sliding-scale visits. 

Tori Rodgers


Tori is a doctor of pharmacy practicing for over a decade in various settings, and has added lactation specialist to her resume. As a graduate of the University of Florida, she earned her bachelors degree in speech pathology and audiology and has a always had a niche for helping patients who have a barrier to overcome. After graduating pharmacy school from Nova Southeastern University, Tori took her career in to the retail market working with patients on a daily basis to manage and treat their different disease states effectively.  Overtime, her love for her own nieces enveloped her and Tori wanted to do more to help families assimilate into parenthood by achieving their motherhood goals. Working closely with lactation consultants, pediatricians, and other providers, Tori has broadened her experience based training to provide evidence based support to families.  Tori supports mothers to achieve optimal feedings, counsels and educates parents on what will work best for them, and provides coaching on how to successfully fulfill those desired goals.
